Job summary

INEOS in Runcorn seeks a dedicated professional to provide security and emergency response support for the site, ensuring incidents are managed and protective measures are applied. The role includes medical, fire and chemical incident response, plus security oversight across access control and investigations.

Additionally, you will care for injured personnel, coordinate with local hospitals out-of-hours, and deliver training on PPE, fire fighting, and standby procedures to INOVYN's UK sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical industry with COMAH safety requirements.
• Exemplary SHE behaviours and high health standards.
• Ability to remain calm in pressurised emergencies.
• Willingness to work locally and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency response for medical, fire and chemical incidents.
• Deliver security oversight including site access control and investigations.
• Care for injured personnel and liaise with hospitals as needed.
• Deliver internal training on fire fighting and protective equipment.
• Ensure readiness of equipment like extinguishers and breathing apparatus.
