Job summary

AirTanker Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Risk Manager (Emergency & Crisis Management) for a 2-year fixed-term contract at Brize Norton. You will lead Emergency Response, Crisis Management and Business Continuity, working with senior leaders, regulators and external stakeholders to keep the organisation prepared for major incidents.

• Experience in Emergency Response, Crisis Management and Business Continuity management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and assurance activities.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Emergency Response programme and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own and maintain Crisis Management and Business Continuity frameworks, plans and governance.
• Design and deliver emergency response, crisis or continuity exercises.
• Support senior stakeholders during incidents and providing subject matter expertise.
• Lead business continuity planning and facilitating business impact assessments.
• Interface with regulators and audit bodies.
• Provide risk insights, assurance and recommendations to leadership.
• Promote a culture of preparedness and continuous improvement.
