Job summary

Wight Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Practitioner to join our Urgent Treatment Centre in the Petersfield area. You will assess, diagnose and treat patients with undifferentiated urgent presentations, working autonomously as a senior clinical presence.

You will bring advanced skills in managing minor injuries and illnesses, mentoring colleagues, and promoting safe, person-centred care in a fast-paced environment. A compassionate, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in urgent or emergency care settings.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound clinical decisions.
• Strong risk management and patient safety focus.
