Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham (QEHB) seeks a Specialty Doctor in Emergency Medicine to join a busy department. You will be allocated an educational supervisor to support your training and development and will attend local and departmental teaching.

You will be required to record progress using Kaizen e-portfolio or the trust medic@work system, undertake an annual appraisal and GMC revalidation, and participate in CESR planning and ARCPs.

Formación

• Educational supervision provided for training and development.
• Mandatory annual appraisal and GMC revalidation.
• Use Kaizen e-portfolio or trust medic@work to record progress.
• Attend local and departmental teaching.
• Study leave available for CPD in line with policy.
• CESR and ARCPs as part of progression.

Responsabilidades

• Be allocated an educational supervisor for training and development.

• Undertake annual appraisal and GMC revalidation.
• Work at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham in Emergency Medicine.
• Attend teaching and have access to study leave for CPD.
• Attend yearly ARCPs and discuss training needs with faculty.
