Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. seeks a Gas Escape Engineer in Cringleford to manage emergency gas escapes. You will receive funded training through CODNESP1 and direct Cadent Gas engagement, with mentoring before going live as an emergency response engineer.

The role includes full training, a fully equipped vehicle, tools, uniform, fuel card and a £2,000 bonus, plus 23 days holiday and bank holidays. CADENT collaboration supports progression and safety throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the gas industry with knowledge of gas appliances, testing, purging, and pipework commissioning.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Understanding of standards, legislation, codes of practice and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Restore customer gas supply efficiently while managing gas escapes.
• Deal with internal and external gas escapes and pressure issues.
• Reconnections to the gas supply after disconnections with minimal customer disruption.
