Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in East Surrey region is seeking a Charge Nurse/Sister to work in our Emergency Department. You will support the Senior Clinical & Nursing team across the ED, with a clear focus on delivering compassionate, safe, and effective care while meeting national Emergency Care standards.

As a Charge Nurse/Sister you will work in the Resuscitation area, responsible for initial patient assessment, advanced life support, and ongoing monitoring and care.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Band 5 staff nurse within Emergency Nursing.
• Firm understanding of local and national initiatives for Emergency Care standards.
• Experience in initial patient assessment, advanced life support, patient monitoring and ongoing care.

Responsabilidades

• Work across the ED to support the Senior Clinical & Nursing team.
• Work in the Resuscitation area and be responsible for initial patient assessment, advanced life support; patient monitoring and ongoing care.
