Qualifications

• Essential registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the new Emergency Department pharmacy service.
• Ensure timely provision of medicines in ED.
• Monitor medicines management against standards.
• Support cost-effective medicine initiatives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal care.
