Job summary

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse in good standing.
• ALS/ATLS/PiLS qualifications desirable.
• Evidence of study at Level 6 or equivalent.
• Management qualification or demonstrable management experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Emergency Department and clinical teams, delivering high-quality care.
• Drive service improvement and innovative nursing practice.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, carers and multi-disciplinary colleagues.
• Lead investigations into complaints, adverse incidents and health and safety issues and initiate corrective actions.
