Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two full-time Emergency Nurse Practitioners or Paramedic Practitioners for Wexham Park Hospital’s Emergency Department. The role involves autonomous practice with a diverse caseload of minor injuries and undiagnosed conditions, delivering expert care under established protocols and ensuring timely assessment, diagnosis, treatment and referral.

Responsabilidades

• See and treat patients with a wide variety of minor illnesses and injuries.
• Demonstrate effective clinical practice with evidence-based care to enhance person-centred care.
• Safely manage patient caseload and work within ED protocols and guidelines.
• Be IT literate and use electronic patient records, writing concise notes.
• Promote a learning environment for all staff in the Department.
• Actively participate in the See‑and‑Treat of patients attending the Department.
• Stream patients to appropriate areas using triage and provide clinical expertise.
• Work with Nurse in Charge to prioritize patient flow and improve timely care.
• Provide clinical expertise for vulnerable patients in waiting room, offering advice and reassurance with clinical care.
