Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) is offering roles within the Acute Medical Unit in North Wales, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

We provide a supportive environment with dedicated practice development and simulations to aid learning, with opportunities to study NVQs and progress toward nurse training. Welsh language skills are welcomed.

Formación

• Experience dealing with the public and previous clinical exposure is required.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills alongside health and social care recognition.

Responsabilidades

• Assist qualified staff to deliver holistic patient care with dignity and equality.
• Support daily practice to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Help patients with hygiene and personal appearance as needed.
• Assist in preparing ward areas and welcoming patients to bed locations.
• Support admission processes and orient patients around the ward.
• Welcoming Welsh or English speakers; Welsh language skills are an advantage.
