Zusammenfassung

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is recruiting Ambulance Support Workers to respond to emergency calls with a paramedic, helping deliver lifesaving care and patient transport across North, South, East and West Yorkshire.

Successful applicants will undertake a Level 3 Ambulance Support Worker Apprenticeship, with progression opportunities to become HCPC-registered paramedics. A demanding but rewarding role requiring flexibility across days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Be confident, caring and hardworking with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Hold and provide evidence of 3 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including English and Mathematics, plus one other GCSE or equivalent.
• Must have or be eligible for the C1 driving category and be prepared to obtain it before induction.

• Respond to emergency calls alongside a paramedic to provide patient care.
• Attend a wide range of incidents across Yorkshire and support patient transport where needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion and respect when dealing with patients and colleagues.
