Job summary

Blue Arrow in Norwich is seeking an Emergency 999 call handler to join their contact centre team. You will handle high-pressure calls, record information accurately and provide calm, clear communication under stressful circumstances.

The role requires excellent listening skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and the resilience to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends. Training and ongoing support are provided within a high-performance environment.

Interview date - 6th October

Start date 9th NOvember

Candidate must be flexible for day and night shift also working on weekend.

12 hours shift a day.
