Job summary

Mentmore is seeking an experienced BI Developer to design and maintain EMEIA strategy-implementation reporting and finance reporting solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable BI solutions by collaborating with data owners and stakeholders across Europe.

You will work with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, DAX, SQL and Power Query, with Azure DevOps and PySpark/Python beneficial. Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills are essential in an agile environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
SQL skills and experience with data warehousing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork in agile environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy Power BI reports in line with governance and frameworks.
Create specifications and design data models to support report requirements.
Transform data using Fabric Notebooks, Pipelines and Power Query.
Write DAX measures and develop calculated tables/columns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solution design and delivery.
Respond to support issues and communicate effectively with business users.
Store code in DevOps repositories and follow best practices.
Partner with AI experts to explore AI-enabled reporting capabilities.
Connect and analyze data from various sources (Finance, Scorecards, CRM, ERP, etc.).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, build, and deploy BI and analytics solutions.
Conduct testing and document solutions; maintain technical manuals.
