Job summary

Mentmore Recruitment is seeking an experienced BI Developer to design, develop and maintain EMEIA's strategy implementation tracking and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable BI models using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, DAX and SQL in a cloud-enabled environment.

Reporting to the Director & Head of Strategy Implementation, the role focuses on governance, data integration and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
SQL skills and experience with data warehousing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Report Development: Develop and deploy Power BI reports in line with governance.
Collaboration and Communication: Align solution design with stakeholders and store code in DevOps repositories.
Data Analysis and Integration: Connect and analyze data from Finance systems, CRM, ERP and data warehouse.
Quality Assurance and Documentation: Conduct testing and maintain technical documentation.
Maintenance and Governance: Maintain analytics platforms and adhere to governance policies.
