Job summary

EY seeks a senior Alliance & Ecosystem Relationship Director to shape and execute the EMEIA alliance strategy across global and regional teams in support of EY’s most strategic partnerships. Qualifications

• Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted senior executive relationships.
• Experience in alliance management or business development for tech or professional services.
• Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues.
• Ability to multi-task and manage cross-functional programs.
• Able to influence and communicate with EY leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop the EMEIA alliance strategy that integrates Global through Region priorities and ensure cohesive execution.
• Partner with Global Alliance Leaders, ARDs and Account executives to implement Area Alliance Strategy.
• Champion EY’s alliance agenda across EMEIA and highlight commercial potential of priority alliances.
• Manage governance and relationship engagement with EMEIA leadership across alliance partners.
• Develop Area Alliance sales and GTM targets, oversee the go-to-market plan, and drive alliance-generated revenue.
• Lead end-to-end alliance operations including planning, activation, contracting, governance, and performance intelligence.
• Oversee quarterly business reviews with clear follow-up and impact; escalate as needed.
• Act as the connector between global strategy and local execution; share playbooks and assets.
• Strengthen engagement with service lines, sectors, and accounts to embed alliance strategies.
• Coordinate with Global and Region BMC to drive consistent messaging and campaigns.
• Share competitive intelligence and best practices across the EY Alliance network.
• Influence global programs by representing EMEIA market realities and client needs.
