Job summary

EY has built a dynamic, cross-border Alliance & Ecosystem function and seeks a senior leader to shape and execute the EMEIA alliance strategy across priority partners such as Microsoft, SAP and NVIDIA. You will lead governance, joint initiatives, and targeted revenue across the region, collaborating with global and regional teams to deliver measurable impact.

The role is based in the UK with a mix of virtual work and regular coordination across Global teams; some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong executive presence and proven ability to build trusted senior executive level relationships with alliance partners and EY leadership.
• Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop the EMEIA alliance strategy that integrates Global through Region priorities and ensures cohesive execution.
• Partner with Global Alliance Leaders and ARDs to implement the Area Alliance Strategy across EY with an EMEIA lens.
• Champion EY’s alliance agenda across EMEIA, highlighting strategic alliances like Microsoft, SAP, NVIDIA, ServiceNow, and data vendors.
• Manage governance and relationship engagement with EMEIA leadership across alliance partners, with regular reviews and planning cycles.
• Develop Area Alliance sales and GTM targets; oversee the Area go-to-market plan and drive alliance-sourced revenue.
• Lead end-to-end alliance operations including planning, activation, contracting and compliance, and performance intelligence.
• Oversee quarterly business reviews and KPI dashboards; escalate insights to Area and Region Leadership as needed.
• Act as the connector between global strategy and local execution, sharing assets and best practices.
• Strengthen engagement with Service Line, Sector and account teams to embed alliance strategies into priority accounts.
• Partner with Global and Region BMC teams for consistent joint messaging and campaigns.
• Share competitive intelligence and best practices across EY’s Alliance & Ecosystem network.
