Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an FP&A Manager – Growth for an 8-month fixed-term contract in the United Kingdom. You will partner with Finance leaders, run planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles, and translate numbers into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

You will deliver sharp reporting and dynamic dashboards, support ad-hoc analysis and scenario modelling, and help drive growth across the IHG system while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Finance or business education; ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• FP&A experience supporting global brands in multi-market environments.
• Senior analyst with planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and scenario modelling.
• Hospitality or leisure experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day financial management and analytics to Finance partners and stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and quarterly business review processes.
• Spot risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
• Deliver accurate, timely reports and dynamic dashboards, plus polished presentations.
• Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests, including scenario modelling.
• Build trusted relationships with Finance teams across the globe.
• Drive process improvements and act as escalation point for audit queries.

Turn numbers into insight at one of the world's best-loved hotel companies. As our FP&A Manager – Growth, you'll give Finance business partners and senior leaders the clarity to make bold decisions and drive growth across the IHG system.

The opportunity

This 8-month fixed term contract is a fast-paced, high-visibility role for a finance professional who loves the story behind the numbers. You'll partner with Finance leaders, run our planning, budgeting and forecasting cycles, and bring performance to life through sharp reporting and dashboards.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day financial management and analytics to Finance business partners and stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and quarterly business review processes.

What you'll bring

• A finance or business-related education, ideally with a professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven FP&A experience supporting global brands in complex, multi-market environments.
• Senior analyst experience across planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and scenario modelling. Hospitality or leisure a plus.
• Strong Oracle, Essbase, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Sharp analytical skills and the ability to link operational and financial performance.
• Confident communication and influencing skills, with the drive to thrive in a fast-moving, global environment.
