Job summary

TikTok seeks an enthusiastic EMEA Tax Technology Manager to join the Tax Team in London to support rapid growth in EMEA and enhance the technology underpinning our tax compliance, focusing on platform operator reporting, e-invoicing, and ViDA readiness.

The role collaborates with product, technology, finance and external advisors to identify process improvements, implement automation, and ensure compliance with evolving EMEA tax authority requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a tax technology or transformation role with automation tools.
• Understanding of EMEA indirect tax principles and rules.
• Experience with indirect taxes, complex supply chain transactions and downstream implications.
• Proven ability to implement e-invoicing solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Support platform operator reporting across the UK and EU and track tax authority updates.
• Identify enhancements to improve downstream compliance processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect tax data using technology tools and automate where possible.
• Monitor e-invoicing developments and ViDA readiness.
• Assist ERP/IT implementations to drive end-to-end tax process efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end tax tech and finance transformation projects from concept to go-live.
• Adhere to risk management and professional standards.
