Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Head of Trading Venue Operations, EMEA, to lead a multi-asset Level 1 support team across the region. Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience leading operational support or service delivery teams in finance.
• Proven track record delivering service improvements and efficiencies.
• Experience leading change initiatives and embedding processes.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and tech teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Understanding of financial markets and electronic trading environments.
• Experience in regulated financial services.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of multi-asset platform support team delivering Level 1 service.
• Ensure incidents and requests are managed within SLAs.
• Own escalation for complex issues and drive resolution.
• Oversee trade management, order management, user access, connectivity support.
• Develop and refine team procedures and controls for efficiency.
• Collaborate with Level 2/3 teams for smooth handovers and faster resolution.
• Promote ServiceNow usage for workflow and reporting.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Stay aligned with product/platform developments and onboarding of new features.
