Job summary

Latitude Recruitment is assisting engineering clients near Winchester to recruit a Supply Chain Manager who will define and execute the supply chain strategy to ensure reliable customer service and secure material availability.

You will lead S&OP, procurement, demand management and customer service across the region, building a resilient, data-driven organisation and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing & leading within a similar environment.
• Experience in planning, inventory management and stock level optimisation.
• Planning & S&OP experience.
• Continuous Improvement.
• Stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional S&OP process and present data to senior management monthly.
• Manage Procurement and Purchasing for Joysticks, Indicators, Keypads and Moulding.
• Develop category strategies, sourcing road maps and negotiation plans.
• Lead supplier selection, contracting and performance reviews.
• Drive productivity through price and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure material availability and production capacity across Winchester and EMEA.
• Manage demand-management process and forecasts consolidation.
• Oversee Customer Service and Order Administration from order entry to delivery.
• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory; maintain stock through cycle counting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply-chain activities.
• Build and develop the EMEA supply chain team; drive transformation projects.
