Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in London is seeking a Studios Intelligence Senior Analyst to transform evidence into actionable recommendations across theatrical releases and the wider entertainment landscape in EMEA. You will partner with stakeholders across Studios, applying analytical judgement to shape Disney's entertainment offering.

Based in our London Hammersmith office, this role is hybrid: 4 days in the office with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering audience, market or commercial analysis within a business environment.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear findings and business stories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse audience research, market trends and performance data to develop understanding of audiences, campaigns and competitive landscape.
• Monitor audience behaviour and market developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead defined insight projects and recurring programmes across titles and markets.
• Synthesize evidence to develop findings, strategic insight and practical recommendations.
• Translate analysis into engaging presentations and narratives for stakeholders.
• Support audience demand assessment, campaign evaluation and title planning.
• Develop audience and market narratives to support partnerships and business opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
