Job summary

The Klick Group seeks a senior SVP, Strategy & Regional Strategy Lead, EMEA, to shape strategic direction, elevate craft excellence, and drive growth across healthcare and life sciences clients. You will partner with global and regional leadership to ensure locally relevant, globally aligned work that is commercially impactful.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare communications, pharma strategy, life sciences consulting, or integrated agency strategy; leadership across regional/global accounts.
• Proven experience growing strategy teams; mentorship and performance management.
• Success in new business pitches, senior client workshops, and growth initiatives for pharma/biotech brands in EMEA.
• Experience developing omni‑channel brand strategy and customer experience programs across HCP and consumer audiences.
• Strong executive communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders, cross‑functional teams, and global partners.
• Comfort with using AI as part of strategic planning and collaboration.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas including specialty, rare disease, oncology, immunology, or consumer health.
• Networking within the EMEA life sciences ecosystem and partnerships with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy development across healthcare and life sciences accounts and omni‑channel programs.
• Drive new business growth through pitches, executive presentations, and strategic workshops.
• Build, mentor, and scale strategy teams across EMEA and coach senior strategists.
• Partner with Creative, Client Services, Medical Strategy, and global teams to deliver integrated strategic recommendations.
• Champion AI‑enabled strategic innovation and evolving Klick frameworks.
