Ralph Lauren is seeking a proactive Construction/Project Coordinator to support the EMEA team with openings, refurbishments and special projects. The role covers coordination from planning to documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has formal qualifications in construction or design, experience in retail design, and strong MS Office/Project skills to manage calendars, budgets and communications across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Formal qualification in construction or design.
  • Studies in Construction, Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Retail design experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contract administration with legal on vendors.
  • Update EMEA program database and project calendars.
  • Review project milestones and flag risks to Construction Managers.
  • Prepare monthly spend summaries and forecasts for finance.
  • Create opening cost budgets for new projects.
  • Maintain store project files and documentation with stakeholders.
  • Publish departmental communications on internal platforms.
  • Assemble 'as built' docs and O&M manuals for records.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create imagery for hoardings.
  • Manage photo archive of new store openings.
  • Create decks for calls and visual presentations.
  • Oversee purchase order management.
