Job summary

Signode is seeking an International SOX Compliance Analyst to support the company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program in the EMEA region. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure an effective internal control environment and timely remediation of deficiencies.

You will identify and assess risks, design and maintain controls, and coordinate SOX testing activities while staying updated on regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 25 years of experience in SOX compliance or related functions.
• Knowledge of SOX 404 requirements and industry regulations.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe and internationally.
