Job Description:

The EMEA Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the EMEA team to achieve company revenue goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the software/SaaS industry and strong relationship-building skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and executing the EMEA Sales strategy with BitTitan’s General Manager.
  • Building relationships with channel partners, including MSPs, distributors, and resellers, and collaborating with sales and distribution teams to onboard new partners.
  • Hosting Quarterly Business Reviews with managed accounts.
  • Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Working with Product Management to incorporate customer feedback into product development.
  • Developing insights to position BitTitan effectively in the EMEA market.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies.
  • Understanding and communicating product offerings to customers.
  • Demonstrating consultative sales, technical, and communication skills.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and close sales.
  • Escalating account issues to leadership with clear proposals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with Managed Service Providers.
  • Experience selling Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent strategic, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
