Job summary

Huntress, a remote-first cybersecurity company, is seeking a Manager for the Security Operations Center (EMEA to UK region). The role leads a global SOC team, ensuring 24/7 investigations, containment, and response for partner networks.

You will scale processes, train analysts, and collaborate with product and other security teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in security operations leadership, expertise across DFIR, malware analysis, threat hunting, and automation, plus strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading diverse cybersecurity teams in a 24x7 SOC.
• Experience in Windows forensic analysis, incident response, and malware analysis.
• Ability to design scalable processes, playbooks, and workflows for security operations.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enforce internal SOC processes to reduce burnout and increase productivity.
• Manage local/global shift coverage to sustain 24/7 operations.
• Lead 1:1 meetings to socialize initiatives and develop analysts.
• Develop training programs across Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Threat Hunting, and Automation.
• Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize new capabilities for analysts.
• Maintain quality assurance for your region and streamline partner requests.
• Coordinate with Tactical Response, Threat Hunting, and Detection Engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership to SOC analysts and align goals with Huntress mission.
• Develop and track Objectives and Key Results for SOC initiatives.
• Operationalize new technologies and services for market.
• Participate in public speaking engagements (webinars and in-person).
