Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking an AG Service Solutions Intern to support the EMEA Product Services team in developing, implementing, and promoting service solutions across EMEA markets. You will help with market readiness, documentation, and training materials, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining tools and processes used by dealers and customers.

Fluent English is essential; additional languages such as French, Italian, German or Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or Project Management. Agricultural Economics also accepted.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate marketing materials for Service Solutions across EMEA.
• Develop and maintain dealer/internal training content and e-learning modules.
• Support publication and distribution of service content on digital platforms.
• Coordinate translation and localisation of materials across EMEA markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of communications and training.
