Job summary

Oura is seeking a Senior Retail Account Manager EMEA to own and grow relationships with major European retailers from buyers to senior leadership. This senior, client-facing role focuses on driving revenue, securing prime placement, and crafting joint business plans to elevate Oura within a European retail portfolio.

The position is hybrid in the London area, requiring office visits a few times per week and the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in key account management or national account management within consumer electronics, technology, or premium consumer goods.
• Direct experience managing relationships with major European CE retailers.
• Strong track record of negotiating trading terms and building joint business plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship with major European CE retailers from buyers to senior category leadership.
• Build and execute joint business plans with each account, covering revenue targets, in-store placement, promotions and marketing support.
• Own sales forecasting and performance tracking for assigned accounts, identify risks and opportunities, adjust plans.
• Lead commercial negotiations on trading terms, margin, listing fees, and promotional co-investment.
