Job description

Job Title: EMEA Senior Procurement Manager - FM & Construction

Location: London, 1-2 days a week, with occasional site visits

Salary & Package: £70,000 - £85,000 + bonus and additional benefits

Sea Global is proud to partner with a global, market-leading brand currently seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join their busy, best-in-class procurement team. The function is centralized in London, but the role has an EMEA focus across countries like Spain, Germany, and France.

The company has several exciting FM & Construction projects in the pipeline. The successful candidate must have a demonstrable track record in these areas to succeed. Please read on for more information!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report to and work closely with the Head of Procurement
2. Manage one Category Buyer directly
3. Oversee construction suppliers, minimizing CAPEX & Facilities spend for new stores
4. Re-tender, negotiate, and develop contracts for contractors, equipment, and professional advisors
5. Monitor major cost inputs and advise on responses to significant movements
6. Manage all Contractor / Supplier negotiations to reduce costs without compromising specifications

Skills & Experience Required:

1. Experience in a multi-site, complex environment
2. Strong category experience in FM, Capex, & Construction
3. Previous experience in hospitality or food service environments is advantageous
