Job summary

Lighthouse seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of eDiscovery matters within a high-performing Client Services pod. This 12-month maternity cover focuses on delivering complex projects, advisory guidance, and driving delivery excellence for a global organisation.

You will mentor teams, manage stakeholder relationships, design efficient workflows, and leverage Lighthouse's technology to reduce cost and improve speed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex eDiscovery projects and client engagements.
• Strong ability to design defensible, cost-effective approaches using Lighthouse technologies.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality client service and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for a portfolio of matters and clients.
• Mentor team members on workflows and best practices.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks across data processing, review, and production.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
