Job summary

Lighthouse, a global eDiscovery and legal technology leader, seeks an Associate Director of Client Services for a 12‑month maternity cover. You will lead a high‑performing client services pod, oversee project management across multiple client engagements, and report to the Director of Client Services.

Qualifications

• Significant eDiscovery project management experience in law firms, consultancies, or eDiscovery service providers.
• Proven ability to lead an eDiscovery team on large, global matters.
• Experience in client service delivery, project governance, and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance of client engagements across multiple pods.
• Oversee project management, resource planning, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive continuous improvement, technology adoption, and best practices across Lighthouse.
• Coach and develop team members, maintaining continuity for clients during maternity cover.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality eDiscovery delivery.
