Qualifications

• Experience in fixed income agency securities lending or related markets such as secured financing and repo.
• EMEA market coverage or working across Europe is advantageous.
• Strong governance and risk-control discipline with trading within limits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise an agency lending trading book to maximise risk-adjusted returns.
• Deliver against revenue and balance targets using benchmarking tools.
• Monitor performance and recommend tactical changes in response to market conditions.
• Identify opportunities to raise cash and manage liquidity within client mandates.
• Manage collateral and liquidity considerations to support RoRWA outcomes.
• Provide input into portfolio evaluations and market commentary for client profiles.
• Utilise trading systems (Bloomberg, Global 1) and Excel for pricing and analysis.
• Maintain premier client experience with timely responses and end-to-end stakeholder support.
