Job description

Meta is seeking a highly strategic, quantitative, process and detail-oriented business leader to join the EMEA Sales Strategy Planning & Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team and drive and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Sales leaders within Meta’s business.

About the role

The mission of the Sales Strategy Planning & Operations group is to drive efficient revenue growth and product adoption by aligning business to monetization priorities and transforming our business into a data-driven organization. This role will support multiple in-market sales teams, including Gaming (EMEA wide) and another country to be defined, acting as a member of market operations leadership and working closely with Business / Country Directors daily.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Meta, intellectually curious, a fast learner, experienced at working independently under ambiguity, and focused on high-impact projects. You should be a proven collaborator with stakeholder and change management experience, advanced analytical skills (Excel + SQL mandatory), and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities
  1. Data-driven business insights: Lead business reviews and drive impactful analyses on revenue and product trends, including revenue performance, product adoption, revenue indicators, productivity, and sales effectiveness. Develop insights using tools like Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
  2. Operating cadence: Execute standard operational rhythms such as goal-setting, revenue reviews, and key account reviews. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes within the sales organization.
  3. Planning and go-to-market design: Design and execute annual planning processes, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, portfolio management, segmentation, and organizational design.
  4. Strategic projects: Drive critical projects to support revenue growth, translate global initiatives regionally, and develop scalable projects.
  5. Stakeholder management: Build effective relationships across teams to drive initiatives and maximize business performance.
Minimum qualifications
  1. 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, PE/VC, or tech companies.
  2. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and modeling.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills for complex business issues.
  4. Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication.
  5. BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
  1. MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field.
  2. Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.
  3. Experience in digital media, internet, or technology industries.
