Job summary

Citi is seeking a Research Product Manager at the AVP level to join the EMEA Research Product Management team, shaping Citi Research's strategy, client relevance, and market positioning across Western Europe and CEEMEA.

The role sits at the intersection of Research, Sales and Trading, combining market insights with data-driven analysis to strengthen client engagement and drive franchise growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services in equity research or related markets role.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets and macro themes.
• Proven analytical skills with data-driven insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the EMEA research product strategy.
• Build franchise analytics including pipeline, market share and engagement metrics.
• Analyse data to inform content strategy and franchise decisions.
• Collaborate with sector analysts and product management to identify themes.
• Develop pitch books and franchise presentations for internal/external audiences.
• Coordinate cross-sector initiatives and monitor market trends.
