Qualifications

• Experience in financial services equity research or related markets function.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets and macro themes with commercial insight.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the EMEA research product strategy.
• Build analytics covering pipeline, market share, and engagement metrics.
• Analyse data to produce actionable content insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with sector analysts and product management to identify investment themes.
• Develop pitch books and franchise presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate cross-sector and thematic research initiatives for market impact.
• Manage franchise communications including podcasts and campaigns to maximise engagement.
• Monitor market developments and client feedback to drive content enhancements.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools to improve research workflows and delivery.
• Contribute to research commercialisation and client engagement initiatives.
