Job summary

SpaceX is hiring a Regulatory Legal Counsel, EMEA, to advise on platform, AI and digital regulation across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Africa. You will turn complex obligations into practical plans and work with Safety, Product, Engineering and Compliance to deliver compliant products.

The role emphasizes rapid interplay between legal analysis and product implementation, regulator engagement, and in‑office collaboration, with a commitment to 5 days/week on site in the UK/EU region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory experience in tech, platform or digital regulation.
• Strong knowledge of EU/UK regulatory regimes (DSA, OSA, AI Act).
• Ability to translate regulations into practical guidance for product teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on EU/UK/EMEA digital regulations for SpaceX platforms across Europe, UK, Middle East and Africa.
• Engage with regulators and manage information requests, risk assessments, audits and enforcement actions.
• Assess new features against regulatory requirements including transparency, safety and AI obligations.
