Job summary

Transoft Solutions Inc. in the UK is seeking a proactive Regional Marketing Coordinator to support regional campaigns across the EMEA region. The role blends hands-on execution with understanding local markets, channels, and localization needs.

You will work with regional marketing, sales and partners to drive leads through email, content, events and digital channels, with a hybrid arrangement requiring 2 days in the office (Birmingham or Ljubljana).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in a marketing support or coordination role.
• Interest in AI and marketing technology with willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Marketo, CMS, CRM).
• Familiarity with content localization and translation workflows.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing practices in tech/software.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional campaigns across email, newsletters, and social media in collaboration with regional, BU and sales teams.
• Maintain regional website content with localization and translations.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on events, webinars, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Support translation and localization efforts using AI tools where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Channel Partner team to support resellers and partners on marketing initiatives.
• Provide flexible marketing support to regional teams and inform planning with regional insights.
