Job summary

Transoft Solutions UK is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to support regional marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. The role combines hands-on campaign execution with an understanding of local markets and channels to generate leads and drive regional growth.

You will work with marketing, business unit, and sales teams to turn global priorities into local, effective activities, including digital campaigns, events, and localization efforts, with a flexible hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years in a marketing support or coordination role.
• Interest in AI and marketing tech; open to trying new tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Marketo, CMS, CRM).
• Familiarity with content localization and translation workflows.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing in tech/software.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute regional campaigns across email, nurture programs, newsletters, and social media.
• Maintain regional website content and ensure translations align with brand guidelines.
• Support events including webinars, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Assist translation and localization efforts, leveraging AI tools as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Channel Partner team to support resellers on marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with regional teams and provide flexible marketing support during peak periods.
