Candidates should have 4+ years in recruiting operations or a related field, a track record of turning messy processes into clear, repeatable systems, and hands-on automation experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruiting operations, people operations, or a similar operational role in a fast-growing company.
• Hands-on automation experience, including AI or workflow tools, with the discipline to hand work off for maintenance.
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets.
• Strong cross-functional skills to partner with analytics and AI teams and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action.
• Nice to have: experience with an ATS such as Ashby.

Responsibilities

• Execute tier 2 operational work in EMEA: the complex, poorly defined processes that don’t fit a standard playbook.
• Automate that work so it runs on its own, then document it and hand it off to the coordination team to maintain.
• Work on larger AI implementation projects, partnering with analytics and AI colleagues.
• Keep the lights on in EMEA, owning day-to-day recruiting operations for the region.
