Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related role.
• Experience coordinating high-volume interview schedules across multiple countries/time zones.
• Experience managing complex calendars with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international candidate travel.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, scheduling tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume, complex interview scheduling across multiple countries and time zones.
• Arrange virtual and in-person interviews, multi-day processes, and travel itineraries.
• Serve as primary candidate touchpoint, ensuring a high-touch interview experience.
• Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Develop and share recruiting coordination resources and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring teams to scale processes.
