Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and drive process improvements and projects.
• Ability to align stakeholders to comply with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate identification and assessment of compliance and operational risks, applying anti-fraud awareness and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Develop and implement effective control strategies to mitigate identified risks, leveraging process improvement and project management skills.
• Conduct regular monitoring and assessment of the business's compliance and risk/control environment, using data and tech literacy.
• Collaborate with executives to promote early identification of compliance and operational risks and manage internal stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, utilizing strong communication and listening abilities.
• Drive continuous improvement in risk management practices across the organization.
