Job Title: EMEA QMS Planner (Regulatory Services) – 12 month FTC

Reports To: EMEA QMS Planning Team Manager (Regulatory Services)

Location: Amsterdam Office Based (flexible working options available)

About the Role:

The role involves supporting the achievement of budgeted delivery targets, focusing on revenue and profitability, and ensuring client audit programs meet regulatory standards.

As a planner, you will support client expectations, maximize utilization, and promote work-life balance, environmental sustainability, and cost-efficiency.

You will work collaboratively across stakeholder networks (commercial, delivery, regulatory, technical) to ensure strong delivery performance within your territory and support other regions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage your territory to optimize audit delivery, coordinate auditor training, and collaborate with teams.
• Monitor and plan Medical Device audits, securing client commitment with excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of planning activities using our workflow system.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain databases as required.
• Support pre-sales planning activities with the sales team.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting planning and manage transitions.

Qualifications for Success

• Proficiency in English, with additional European language skills preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and complaints management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
