Job summary

BBC Studios in London is seeking a Production Management Assistant to support the delivery of promotional campaigns across On Air, Social and Digital platforms. You will perform quality control checks, manage media assets, and provide admin support to the EMEA Creative team, ensuring content meets brand, compliance and broadcast standards.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers grounding in a busy production environment with potential for broader exposure across campaigns and production

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Management Assistant within broadcast/media.
• Quality control checks on broadcast or consumer content with brand/compliance focus.
• Meticulous attention to detail in spelling, branding, metadata and delivery standards.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills for recurring workflows and deadlines.
• Experience using media management systems and production software (MS Office, Adobe Premiere, Dropbox).

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality control checks on promotional campaigns and ensure standards before transmission.
• Review and validate assets for accuracy, including branding and technical specs.
• Provide technical and administrative support to the EMEA Creative team and production workflows.
• Manage media assets, archiving, cataloguing and sharing content across systems.
• Produce transmission logs and maintain scheduling and music information.
• Support the Production Coordinator with asset distribution and ad-hoc production activities.
• Build relationships across the business and ensure BBC policies compliance.
