Job summary

BBC Studios in London is seeking a Production Management Assistant to support promotional campaigns across On Air, Social and Digital platforms. You will ensure content meets brand, compliance and broadcast standards before reaching audiences.

You’ll handle quality control, media management, asset delivery and administration, providing operational support to the EMEA Creative team and coordinating monthly production workflows with strong organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience as Production Management Assistant in broadcast/media.
• Experience performing quality control on broadcast content.
• Excellent attention to detail for branding, spelling, metadata.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills managing workflows.
• Experience with media management tools and production software (MS Office, Premiere, Dropbox).

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality control checks on promotional campaigns.
• Review and validate assets for accuracy, branding and technical specs.
• Provide support to the EMEA Creative team for monthly production workflows.
• Manage media assets, archiving and cataloguing for sharing.
• Produce transmission logs and maintain scheduling and music data.
• Support the Production Coordinator with asset delivery and ad hoc activities.
• Build relationships and ensure BBC policies compliance.
