Job summary

Linde Gas AB is seeking a Director Procurement EMEA to lead performance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and drive sustainable savings, productivity and spend under management.

You will define EMEA category strategies, evolve the operating model, deploy AI-driven procurement tools, and build high-performing teams, aligning Finance, Operations, Corporate Procurement and Digital functions to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in Procurement/Supply Chain leadership with transformations.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset with P&L impact.
• Deep expertise in category management, sourcing and supplier management.
• Proven AI-enabled procurement implementations with measurable impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement performance across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
• Define and execute EMEA-wide category strategies for leverage and standardization.
• Evolve the EMEA Procurement Operating Model across countries and categories.
• Champion deployment of AI-driven procurement solutions and analytics.
• Develop high-performing category management and procurement operations teams.
