Job summary

Pax8 is looking for a Regional Business Partner, EMEA, on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in either Bristol or Farnborough. This hybrid role will involve close collaboration with senior leaders across EMEA to drive strategy and foster team development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a People Operations or HR Business Partner role within a scaling organization, coupled with strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Benefits include a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, and comprehensive healthcare.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced organization.
• Desirable understanding of Dutch employment law and language skills.
• Experience supporting new managers in building leadership capabilities.
• Considerable experience in organizational effectiveness and talent development.
• Strong grounding in employee relations and people risk.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, diagnosing needs quickly.
• Coach leaders through performance conversations and team dynamics.
• Lead change initiatives, balancing compliance with practical realities.
• Advance workforce planning conversations and support succession planning.
• Provide people insights to inform decisions around retention and team effectiveness.
