Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in London is seeking an EMEA Payroll Analyst within the People Experience team. You will manage outsourced payroll partnerships, oversee operations and ensure accurate, timely payroll results across EMEA.

The role requires experience with in-house or managed payroll, familiarity with country-specific legislation, pension/auto-enrolment, and strong collaboration with HR and Finance to align processes with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of in house and/or managed service payroll within a large, complex international organisation.
• Hands-on experience working with EMEA payrolls, with an understanding of country-specific legislation, compliance requirements, and operational nuances
• Good technical knowledge of statutory payments, pension/auto-enrolment, manual calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced payroll service delivery and ensure accurate payroll results across EMEA.
• Act as main liaison between the company and payroll vendor and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and other departments to ensure seamless payroll processes.
