Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an EMEA Payroll Analyst to join the People Experience team. You will manage payroll operations with external vendors across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely results.

Qualifications

• In-house and/or managed service payroll experience in a large, international organisation.
• Experience with EMEA payrolls and country-specific legislation and compliance.
• Knowledge of statutory payments, pension/auto-enrolment, and manual calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations and vendor management to deliver accurate, timely payroll results across EMEA.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and mobility teams to ensure alignment of payroll processes and policies.
• Review payroll data for accuracy and respond to routine queries with vendors and internal partners.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and drive continuous improvement in payroll services.
