Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an EMEA Payroll Analyst to provide payroll and vendor management support within the People Experience HR team. You will oversee payroll operations, liaise with external vendors, and ensure accurate, timely payroll results across EMEA.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with the outsource provider, validating payroll data, addressing vendor queries, and driving continuous improvement in payroll processes while maintaining SOPs.

Qualifications

• In-house or managed service payroll experience in a large international organisation.
• Hands-on experience with EMEA payrolls and country-specific legislation.
• Knowledge of statutory payments, pension/auto-enrolment, and manual calculations.
• Ability to input into and review change requests across multiple teams.
• Proactive and able to build collaborative relationships with upstream/downstream functions.
• Expatriate processing experience and mobility understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional payroll service experiences with high customer satisfaction.
• Liaise between outsourced payroll provider and staff to resolve issues within SLAs.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Benefits, Finance to integrate payroll processes.
• Communicate payroll policies, changes and timelines to internal partners.
• Oversee payroll preparation and processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review payroll data and submit timely outputs to the vendor per payroll calendar.
• Act as main point of contact between the company and the payroll vendor.
• Work with the vendor to resolve discrepancies and ensure SLA alignment.
• Develop positive relationships with payroll vendors and deliver timely resolutions to queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs reflecting current payroll service provider model.
