Job summary

CSS is seeking a Payroll Administrator, EMEA, to support regional payroll operations within the Global Payroll COE framework. You will ensure accurate inputs, data validation, and timely processing across multiple countries, collaborating with in-country partners and providers to deliver consistent employee experiences.

The role emphasizes compliance, documentation, and timely issue resolution across diverse languages and time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working across multiple countries or regional payroll environment.
• Experience preparing, validating, and reconciling payroll data and reports.
• Familiarity with payroll calendars, tax, social security, pensions and local reporting.
• Proven ability to coordinate with outsourced providers and country partners.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing activities for the EMEA region.
• Prepare, validate, and reconcile payroll data and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Follow Global Payroll COE policies and country-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with providers and in-country partners on routine payroll matters.
